Attorney - L. Bradley Law, LLC
In my law practice, I combine my decades as a trial lawyer with my experience as a patient and survivor of medical error. I have tried more than 100 jury trials and I managed a 15 lawyer litigation firm before I lost my limbs to misdiagnosis.

I focus my law practice on representing amputees, sepsis survivors, and victims of traumatic injuries in medical malpractice and negligence cases nationwide. I routinely parter with the most reputable and experienced law firms in the country to obtain justice in catastrophic malpractice and injury cases.

I enjoy connecting medical malpractice survivors and injury victims from across the country with the best lawyer for their particular case. I have significant knowledge and experience with sepsis, meningitis, delayed diagnosis, amputations, and surgical negligence cases.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
For more than 20 years, I represented insurance companies, defending against lawsuits involving catastrophic injuries. In 2004 I presented to the local emergency room with a worsening headache. Over the course of many hours, I became septic and was ultimately intubated. Upon awakening from a month-long induced coma, all four of my limbs were amputated. Medical error was to blame and after defending lawsuits for decades, I was suddenly a plaintiff.
I remained hospitalized for 6 months and participated in physical rehabilitation for a year, learning to use prosthetic legs and arms. I slowly eased back into my law practice, and, over the course of a few years, I wanted to combine my litigation skills with my knowledge of hospitals, insurance companies and healthcare to try and prevent medical errors from occurring in the first place.
I founded Greater National Advocates, a national nonprofit foundation with a public service mission to expose and promote independent patient advocacy to an audience who desperately needs to know about the profession. I’m a former board member of NAHAC, PACB and various health and insurance law committees. Since launching in March 2020, GNANOW.ORG has already reached tens of thousands of patients and loved ones in need.

I represent, counsel, and advocate for patients and families nationwide. I combine my personal malpractice and limb loss experience with my years advocacy and litigation skills to analyze cases and connect patients and families with advocates and attorneys across the country.
