As a company, Diversified Nurse Consultants define nurse care management and advocacy as having an experienced & licensed point person to oversee your health care and quality of life using a holistic person-centered approach. Diversified Nurse Consultants are advocates for the whole person, not just your diagnosis, chronic disease, disability, or the "gaps" in your care. We assess & problem-solve over 300 items aligned with your overall health care & quality of life. This includes your medical, emotional, social, economic, legal, & spiritual domains.
Our nurse care managers champion continuity between all your medical & quality of life services. Supported by a multi-disciplinary health care team, our goal is to ensure that your care is seamless and of the highest quality and affordable . As a concierge service, we can devote the proper time needed to be thorough & sound in all we do for you.

Because of this we offer various packages & levels of care for emergent & non-emergent situations.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
Tracy has always had a strong desire to help others. As a young hospital volunteer, she quickly learned the value each member of the healthcare team brings in the treatment of others. Her interest in healthcare and passion for advocating for others continued to grow throughout her youth. Naturally drawn to nursing, she earned her BS in Nursing from Ball State University in 1994.
Starting out providing bedside care to medical surgical patients, she quickly expanded her training to provide direct care to the intensively ill patients with complex medical conditions. This led to new opportunities, including management responsibilities and serving as a Nurse Educator.
In 2005, Tracy entered the private insurance arena as a Personal Nurse/Clinical Advisor, helping policy members effectively navigate the healthcare system, address their health concerns, and maintain a health- focused relationship with their providers. In 2009, she was offered the opportunity to become a fundamental part of opening a local hospital, where she worked as an Acute Care Manager for all nursing departments, a Case Manager, patient and staff educator, facility and service utilization review nurse and more.
The common thread connecting all the positions Tracy has held over the years has been a passion for helping and advocating for others and ongoing professional growth. This reached its culmination in 2011, when she co- founded Diversified Nurse Consultants to help others navigate the complexities of the healthcare system through professional consultation, healthcare advocacy and personal health care management. All those experiences have allowed Tracy to recognize gaps in the healthcare system and opportunities for community engagement and education. As CEO for Diversified Nurse Consultants Tracy continues to look for opportunities to effect change in her community and help others every day.
