How I Can Help
With more than two decades of experience in patient services and clinical research, I have seen how challenging it can be for patients to get the care, clarity, and support they need. Many people feel lost in a system that is confusing, slow, and difficult to navigate. I became a patient advocate to change that.
It became clear to me that meaningful impact comes from action, not intention alone. Patients deserve an advocate who knows how to get things done—someone who can help find the right doctors and providers, access the right programs, and make difficult processes simpler and more manageable.
At Acceltx, I use my experience to help patients move forward with confidence. I work alongside you, listen to your needs, and take steps that make a real difference in your care.
Results are not vague. They are practical, concrete outcomes that help you move forward, including:
• Helping you identify and connect with the right specialists or care team.
• Finding support resources in your community or nationally, including patient organizations, financial assistance, disease-specific programs, and educational tools.
• Navigating complex programs offered by large pharmaceutical companies, such as access services, reimbursement support, financial assistance, bridge programs, and clinical trial information.
• Coordinating next steps so that appointments happen, information flows where it needs to, and nothing falls through the cracks.
How I Support You
• I guide you through treatment options and care pathways.
• I help translate complex medical or program information into clear, understandable steps.
• I advocate for follow-through, making sure tasks and requests are completed.
• I stand beside you so you never feel alone in the process.
My Promise
Your needs, your voice, and your peace of mind matter. As your advocate, I am here to remove barriers, push things forward, and ensure that you are truly seen, heard, and supported every step of the way

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
I became a patient advocate because of the people whose stories stayed with me. Throughout my work in patient services and clinical research, I met patients and families who were trying their very best to navigate an unfamiliar and often overwhelming healthcare system. They were hopeful, determined, and resilient, yet many still felt lost or unsupported at moments when they needed clarity and steady guidance the most.
Those conversations changed me. They opened my eyes to the reality that progress in healthcare is not only about scientific breakthroughs. It is also about the experience people have while trying to access the care those breakthroughs make possible. I began to understand that patients need more than compassion from the system. They need someone who will stand beside them, help them make sense of what is happening, and keep things moving when the process feels stalled or uncertain.
Becoming a patient advocate grew naturally from that realization. It allows me to bring my experience, my empathy, and my commitment to meaningful follow-through together in one place. Through acceltx, I focus on giving patients real, practical support—helping them find the right doctors, identifying resources that can ease the emotional and financial burden, and making sure they understand the options available to them. My work with patient support and access programs helps families feel less alone and ensures that important treatments are not out of reach.
Most of all, advocacy gives me the chance to make sure people feel seen and supported at a time when they often feel vulnerable. It is incredibly meaningful to help someone regain a sense of direction and confidence on their healthcare journey.
I became a patient advocate because I wanted to turn those early conversations and experiences into something that genuinely helps people. I wanted to be someone who removes barriers, brings clarity, and makes the path forward a little easier. At its heart, this work is about showing up with both compassion and action—and ensuring that every patient feels they have someone in their corner every step of the way.
