How I Can Help
At Agape Advocates, I provide healthcare management and nurse advocacy to simplify care, improve communication, and support better health outcomes. I believe that managing healthcare takes true partnership — between clients, families, and a trusted nurse advocate.

As part of that partnership, I coordinate appointments, attend them either remotely or in person, and check in with clients during hospital stays. I also ensure continuity of care by communicating with providers, updating nursing care plans, and keeping families informed. My role is to walk alongside you and your loved ones, making sure you feel supported, understood, and confident at every step of your healthcare journey.

To help summarize the services I provide:
- Medication Education and Adherence Support
- Attending Appointments (in-person or remotely) to Support Communication
- Hospital, Home or Facility Visits for Additional Clinical Oversight and Support
- Reviewing and Organizing Medical Records (including Medication Reconciliation)
- Facilitating Transitions of Care
- Acting as a Liason between Clients, Families, and Providers
- Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving
- Family Education, Support and Regular Progress Updates

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
I became a nurse advocate after witnessing firsthand how overwhelming and fragmented the healthcare system can be for patients and families. That reality became deeply personal when my own grandmother suffered a heart attack. In the midst of her care, I saw the pitfalls of the system — poor planning, lack of communication between providers, and families left struggling to make sense of critical decisions during a time of crisis. What she needed most was someone to coordinate, to listen, and to ensure her care reflected her wishes.

That experience opened my eyes to how many other families face the same challenges. It shaped my mission as a nurse advocate: to provide guidance, clarity, and support so no one has to navigate the healthcare system alone. With Agape Advocates, we are not tied to insurance companies or other healthcare entities. This independence allows me and our team to spend more time truly getting to know you, understanding your wishes, and ensuring your care reflects what matters most to YOU.
