How I Can Help
Throughout my career, I have held many leadership positions in both the for profit and non-profit arenas. For over 25 years, I have worked in the field of geriatrics and in 2021 established Eizen Consulting Group LLC (ECG).
ECG focuses on working with families as they navigate the aging process. Our team has a passion for helping and guiding others. We have extensive experience in eldercare advocacy and care coordination. We approach every case with a unique lens to provide the best recommendations both short term and long term.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
I have always had a passion for helping others. I learned this from my parents. My mother was a social worker for the State of Louisiana for her entire career. She worked with families in need. My father, an optometrist, would frequently work with patients who could not afford eye care/glasses. He treated every patient with grace and kindness.
Fast forward to adulthood and I was in the corporate world but never found true joy and passion in my work. I got married and stepped down from my corporate position to be a mom and worked part time for a non-profit and with older adults. I found my passion. For over 25 years, I continue to work with older adults and their families as they navigate a very scary and uncertain time. This is unchartered territory for most. My goal is to listen and provide guidance.
After hurricane Katrina in 2005, I found myself advocating for my mother as we navigated one of the most horrific times in New Orleans history. It was this journey that solidified my decision to devote my efforts in helping others. I consider it an honor and privilege to work with families during a most uncertain and vulnerable time.
