How I Can Help
As both a nurse and a mother who has lived through the overwhelming maze of unanswered questions and medical uncertainty, I understand how confusing and isolating healthcare can feel. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to stand in the gap for families, caregivers, and patients who need more than clinical care. They need clarity, compassion, and someone who won’t stop fighting for them.
Experienced in multiple roles across healthcare:
Bedside nurse
Care manager
Clinical informatics lead
Global healthcare consultant
Supported patients through:
Chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, cancer)
Cognitive decline and memory loss
Major surgeries and elective procedures
Maternal health and family planning
Cosmetic and lifestyle-related treatments
Helped families navigate healthcare with:
Compassion, clarity, and culturally sensitive guidance
Personalized education and emotional support
Advocacy during complex or uncertain health journeys
As a nurse leader and patient advocate, I:
Blend clinical expertise with digital health strategy.
Promote equitable, patient-centered care.
Train caregivers and clinicians in best practices.
Design workflows that improve outcomes and reduce the burden
Empower patients and families to feel seen, heard, and confident in their care decisions.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
I was already a nurse when my 13-year-old daughter, then a rising star in track and field, began experiencing unexplained pain. We saw doctor after doctor, endured countless tests and therapies, and still had no answers. Some even questioned whether her pain was real. But I knew better.
It took years before she was finally diagnosed with hip dysplasia. By then, she had undergone three major hip surgeries, one involving screws drilled deep into the joint. Her dream of becoming a track and field champion was gone. But in losing that dream, we found something greater: PURPOSE!
Even as a medical professional, I found the system overwhelming. I often wondered, if it was this hard for me, how could families without clinical training manage? That’s when I knew: I had to do more.
I became a professional healthcare advocate to be the voice I wish we had more of. Today, I guide families through the complex maze of healthcare decisions, support caregivers of those with cognitive decline, and offer tools like Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) to help patients stay connected and maintain their dignity.
Because when pain is dismissed and answers feel out of reach, every patient deserves someone who refuses to give up on them, just like I refused to give up on my daughter.
