• Translate medical jargon into clear, understandable language.
• Prepare you for appointments with suggested questions and key points.
• Attend doctor visits or hospitalizations (in person or virtually) when agreed upon.
• Join care coordination meetings or family conferences virtually.
• Explain the benefits and risks of medications, procedures, and informed consent.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
With a foundation in Food Science and Nutrition, I became an Osteopathic Physician specializing in Family Medicine. Over the years, I’ve supported loved ones through life-threatening medical situations, using my knowledge to advocate for their best outcomes. Helping others achieve a better quality of life brings me deep fulfillment.
After more than 40 years as a Family Physician in private practice and academic medicine, I’ve walked alongside thousands of patients through every stage of care—from office visits to hospital stays, rehabilitation, long-term care, and end-of-life support.
In 2025, I chose to focus on what I love most: making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. As a Personal Medical Advocate, I bring both clinical expertise and heartfelt dedication to every person I serve.
