How I Can Help
When your health is on the line, you need more than a doctor you need a protector.
Hi Society Health steps in as your personal healthcare advocate, ensuring you’re never alone, unheard, or uncertain. We handle the details that overwhelm most patients and families: coordinating care, attending appointments, translating medical jargon, managing hospital stays, overseeing peri-op and post-op recovery, and addressing billing or insurance issues. We cut through the confusion, protect your rights, and make sure every decision supports the best possible outcome so you can focus on healing while we handle the rest.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
I didn’t become a Patient Advocate by accident I became one because I couldn’t ignore what I was seeing.
For over a decade of patient advocacy experience, I also worked as a critical care and transplant nurse practitioner, caring for patients at their most vulnerable. I saw families huddled in waiting rooms, clutching stacks of paperwork they didn’t understand. I saw patients nodding “yes” to medical plans they hadn’t fully heard, much less comprehended, because the language was foreign and the clock was ticking. I saw too many people believing that someone else was “handling it” when in reality, no one was looking out solely for them.

I remember one case in particular: a patient recovering from major surgery whose family was given a packet of discharge instructions so complex it could have been written in another language. The look on their faces was not relief it was fear. Fear of missing something. Fear of doing something wrong. Fear of what would happen if they didn’t ask the “right” questions. That moment made something crystal clear: patients and their loved ones don’t just need medical care they need protection. They need someone who will stand in the gap, ask the questions they don’t know to ask, challenge the things that don’t add up, and translate everything into a language they can understand and act on.

That’s why I founded Hi Society Health to be the dedicated advocate who puts the patient first, always. I step in as the bridge between you and the system: coordinating care, attending appointments, translating medical jargon into plain language, and ensuring your voice is not just heard, but prioritized. I manage hospital stays and transitions of care, oversee post-operative recovery, and navigate insurance or billing disputes so you can focus on healing, not paperwork.

My role isn’t about replacing your doctor it’s about making sure you have every possible advantage in your healthcare journey. It’s about ensuring that no decision is made without your full understanding and consent. It’s about giving patients and families peace of mind in the middle of chaos.

I’ve sat on both sides of the healthcare conversation. I know how intimidating it feels to face the unknown, and I know how empowering it is when someone says, “I’ve got you. We’ll get through this together.” That’s what I promise every client who trusts me with their care.

Because in a system built to move fast, my job is to slow it down until you have all the clarity, confidence, and control you deserve.
