How I Can Help
I am a registered nurse, board certified patient advocate and health educator serving to provide healthcare navigation, integrative options, coordination of care and patient advocacy for all points on the illness-wellness continuum. I work with my clients to promote optimal well-being and function with dignity. As an RN advocate I use my medical background to impart more knowledge to you. From wellness coaching to management of chronic illness, survivor support and end of life issues, I provide education, medical navigation and support enabling you to choose your best path forward to reach your desired goals.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
After years of being the registered nurse / family member or friend everyone called in need, I decided to pursue advocacy work full time. Always researching and updating my knowledge I needed to make my best healthcare choices as well as enabling the same for countless others, I have found that a lack of communication with, and impersonalization of patients are oftentimes at the root of problems seen in healthcare today. Remedying these deficiencies are priorities for those I work with.

I handle a wide range of diagnoses including autoimmune disorders, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, mental illness and psychiatric concerns, Parkinsons, Dementia (including Alzheimer's), obesity, rare diseases, LGBTQ healthcare & support and a host of other health issues.

Navigating through and standing up to a broken system requires tenacity and determination but is totally necessary in today's (oxymoronic) healthcare system to get the best outcomes. I ensure my clients get the best care that they can within their individual preferences with kindness and dignity.
