How I Can Help
My passion is helping older adults live on their own terms. I offer a unique skill set of physical training for general strength and condition to fall prevention. I am a Gerontologist. I understand aging and the complexity that accompanies the aging process. My care management practice is extremely client-centered and my advocacy is driven by the wishes and the voices of my clients.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
The entirety of my adulthood has been spent helping older adults. As a young professional, I worked for the Veterans Administration as Kinesiotherapist. A decade later I because certified as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with a specialty in balance and fall prevention. I later went on to become a Professional Patient Advocate and a Gerontologist. My inspiration came from years of using my voice to help people who either could not advocate for themselves or were victims of abuse or neglect. I love older adults and have found a career protecting and serving their needs rewarding.
