Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
Grew up in and around physical fitness and wellness in conjunction with fund raising for various causes and organizations related to family members and friends. Following college I worked in a fitness center as an instructor and one day noticed individuals from across the room performing hands on care to gym members while lying on treatment tables. I was informed they were Physical Therapists and the rest is history. The profession immediately spoke to me and felt like a natural fit and progression from the exercise and fitness industry.
