My services include helping you navigate the system, coordinating care, serving as a medical companion, helping you age in place safely or find other housing options, aiding with advanced directives, and assisting with insurance and billing issues. I specialize in helping seniors and caregivers, and with my mediation training, I can help your family have better conversations related to aging and health concerns. I can also help you as you think through what is important to you and guide you through the process of completing advanced directives for your care if you are unable to speak for yourself.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
In 2016 my son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes while we were living overseas. I was scared, overwhelmed, and exhausted. Many times, I wished that I had had someone to walk me through the process, rather than me trying to reinvent the wheel. When I learned about the field of patient advocacy, I realized that I could become the person I had wished for and hopefully make someone else's journey a little easier.
