How I Can Help
In an emergency, my help is based on an extensive background in different hospital departments, and gives me to get direct access to the doctors and nurses in attendance. As a private patient advocate I often supervise ER admissions, transfers and discharges as well as advocating for patient's rights. We have daily contact with clients to assure that the medical team is on target, and we verify that appropriate tests and procedures are done, with written results provided to the family. We will make sure that medical releases, proxies, DNRs, wills and other documents are completed with help from our elder care attorney Steve Fleischer as needed.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
My father was a public health physician who served as NYC Health Commissioner, and he inspired me to want to help others by working in hospitals to improve all services and the level of patient care. My entire life has been devoted to helping others with complex medical problems and with special needs. I never give up! Our clients become family and we treat them as such and will respond on a 24 hour basis.
