How I Can Help
We respond in all emergencies and provide direct contact with providers. My extensive experience as a hospital administrator makes me uniquely qualified to arrange for specialists and referrals, second and third opinions and provide discharge planning. On a daily basis we connect with you and facilitate communications with hospital staff, and as needed obtain medical records and help with insurance issues. We can assist families in preparing health proxies, DNR forms, wills and other relevant legal documents in tandem with elder care attorney Steven Fleischer.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
My father was a public health physician who served as NYC Health Commissioner, and he inspired me to want to help others by working in hospitals to improve all services and the level of patient care. My entire life has been devoted to helping others with complex medical problems and with special needs. I never give up! Our clients become family and we treat them as such and will respond on a 24 hour basis.
