Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
After being a nurse in the healthcare system for 44 years it is obvious that there is an extreme need for families to have an advocate to navigate the very complex and frustrating health care system. I fight tirelessly for my patients. I have seen time and time again that if I did not strongly advocate for my patients, they would not get the care they need. I would like to now continue my desire to advocate on a larger scale. Families desperately need health care advocates.
