How I Can Help
Empowering Sound Lifecare Planning Decisions
When asked about their future, most people say they would like to create an aging plan; but they don’t know where to start, what questions to ask, or where to turn for help.
No one looks forward to an unexpected personal or medical situation that catches them off guard; which can be complex, overwhelming, and costly.
As we age, we will all need to explore our current, as well as our evolving needs - “the what- ifs”.
This is especially true if a you have a current medical or other condition that has the potential to morph into new and expanding challenges as you age.
If left unaddressed, these new challenges have the potential to negatively impact on health, safety, independence and quality of life.
The time to begin creating an aging lifecare plan is now, while you are still healthy, active and able to make decisions on your own.
The Caregiver Resource Center
All of our services are individually designed to meet the unique needs of our clients.
These services may include:
• One time consultation to help a client understand and work through a current challenging life situation
• Healthcare advocacy while in the hospital, short term rehab or long term care facility
• Aging lifecare planning that assesses current and evolving needs - “the what-ifs”, wishes and goals; plus creates a road map for a client as they age and experience new and different challenges.
