Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and professional health advocate, I bridge the gap between clinical expertise and practical support. I've worked across acute care, community health, behavioral health, and academic settings, and I've learned that many patients struggle not from lack of motivation, but from lack of guidance, coordination, and clarity.

That's what I do. I partner with therapists, psychiatrists, and clients to navigate the most frustrating barriers: insurance denials, medication access, crisis navigation, and complex provider coordination. I understand psychiatry clinically and advocacy practically—so I can speak both languages.

My passion stems from a simple belief: every person deserves someone in their corner—someone who listens, explains, and empowers them to make confident decisions about their care. I've supported families through mental health crises, insurance appeals, and treatment decisions. My greatest fulfillment comes from helping individuals move from overwhelmed to informed and supported.

Advocacy is more than my profession; it's my calling. If you're a therapist or psychiatrist looking for a trusted resource to support your clients' care coordination and insurance navigation, I'm available for referral.
