My passion for revenue cycle management and leadership prompted me to venture out and start my own organization where I can provide exceptional service and great customer care to my clients. I entered into the healthcare industry in 2008, and in the years since, I have been shocked at how the individual consumer is left unprepared and unprotected in many circumstances.
