How I Can Help
Navicarenetwork.com
When something with your health has changed, persisted, or become difficult to coordinate, it can be hard to know what deserves attention first or how to move forward.
I provide independent, RN-led patient advocacy and healthcare navigation for adults managing persistent symptoms, complex health concerns, multiple specialists, unfinished follow-up, or an ongoing search for answers.
NaviCare offers three levels of personalized support:

This may be right for you if:
-You are unsure which health concern deserves attention first.
-Appointments, referrals, testing, or follow-up remain unfinished.
-You want to become more proactive about your health.
-You need a manageable plan that fits your life.
What’s included:
-Focused pre-session intake
-Review of current concerns, priorities, and unfinished healthcare needs
-45-minute private RN guidance session
-Identification of two important next-step priorities
-Personalized questions for your healthcare providers

A focused review of your health journey and personalized strategy for moving the search for answers forward. -Testing has been described as “normal,” but something still does not feel right.
-Multiple providers or specialists are involved.
-Symptoms appear connected even though care is divided by specialty.
-Important referrals, recommendations, testing, or follow-up remain unresolved.
-You are preparing for an important specialist appointment or second opinion.
What’s included:
-Health Story and Diagnostic Journey Review

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
My soul’s purpose was shaped by surviving childhood cancer—and by the nurses, caregivers, and family who stood beside me through the darkest and brightest moments. Because of them, I became a nurse. I wanted to give to others what had been given to me: hope, strength, and compassion.
As a nurse, it’s been a privilege to walk alongside people during some of the most vulnerable, joyful, and sacred moments of their lives. These experiences gave me a perspective few are afforded—one that not only understands the complexities of the healthcare system but also sees the gaps, the overwhelm, and the quiet burdens patients and families carry every day.
That’s why I founded NaviCare.Too many people go through their most critical moments without the guidance and support they need. With a background in acute care nursing—specializing in neurology, cardiology, and complex diagnoses—I saw firsthand how often patients are left without answers, without clarity, and without true coordination.
NaviCare was created to bridge those gaps. It’s where clinical expertise meets real-world understanding—offering personalized advocacy that helps people feel seen, heard, and truly supported in their care. That’s what I needed once. And now, it’s what I offer to others.
