How I Can Help
With 20 years of nursing experience—including 18 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), one year in Pediatrics, and one year in the Emergency Department—I bring deep knowledge and compassionate support to patients and families navigating complex medical needs.
I can help you understand new diagnoses, manage preexisting or chronic conditions, and offer guidance through complex medical situations. I also assist with medication management and scheduling to ensure consistency and safety in your treatment plan.
Whether it's coordinating and attending medical appointments or helping you ask the right questions, I’ll be by your side to make sure you receive the quality care you deserve. I specialize in NICU and Pediatric care, and I can support you through every step of a NICU or PICU journey—from admission to discharge and beyond.During stressful times, it’s easy to leave an appointment with more questions than answers and no clear path forward. That’s where I come in. I’m here to bridge the gap between you and your healthcare team. I translate medical jargon into clear, relatable language so you can make informed decisions with confidence. Whether you're facing a new diagnosis, managing a chronic condition, or supporting a loved one through a hospital stay, I’ll be your guide and advocate every step of the way.
Hope led the way on a journey where medicine met resilience—and I’m here to walk that path with you.
My goal is to empower you to regain control over your healthcare journey with confidence and clarity.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
In 2010 I experienced bilateral Vertebral Dissection and a stoke in my left Cerebellum. It took two weeks to be diagnosed. I saw several different doctors, and 2 Emergency room visits before my diagnose. I was later transferred to a hospital out of state for stent placement.
Over the last 20 years I have witnessed parents and loved ones walk out of a care conference with more questions than answers. Families that do not understand the medical terminology from the Doctors and cannot explain what they have been told. This is a scary position to be in, and I would not want a loved one in this situation.
The medical world can be overwhelming—full of complex terms, rushed conversations, and uncertain next steps.
