How I Can Help
All of my services are provided remotely, making advocacy accessible to patients and families nationwide. I walk alongside clients to make the healthcare system less overwhelming and more manageable by:

*Preparing clients for medical appointments – helping gather questions, organize concerns, and create a focused plan so appointments feel less overwhelming and more productive.

*Ensuring client voices are heard during appointments – joining telehealth or phone visits virtually to provide real-time advocacy, take notes, and make sure key questions are addressed without being overlooked.

*Coordinating care – streamlining communication across providers and specialists, organizing test results and records, and ensuring follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks.

*Explaining medical information – breaking down complex diagnoses, lab results, and treatment options into clear, compassionate language that’s easy to understand.

*Supporting medication management – reviewing prescriptions, creating a clear and easy-to-follow medication list, and ensuring providers are aligned.

*Providing trusted resources – sharing tools, education, and community programs to support clients and families in their health journey.

*Offering survivor support – walking alongside individuals living with chronic and invisible illnesses, providing encouragement and guidance so they feel less isolated.

*Offering ongoing advocacy support – providing consistent, flexible assistance for individuals and families who want a steady partner in navigating healthcare challenges over time.

My goal is to ensure every patient and their loved ones feel informed, supported, and empowered in making healthcare decisions.

My Survivor Support Advocacy Qualifications
I am a survivor of Fibromyalgia and Chronic/Invisible Ilness
As both a nurse and a survivor of fibromyalgia and chronic/invisible illness, I understand how isolating and overwhelming it can feel to navigate the healthcare system while managing conditions that others can’t always see. Living with chronic illness has taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of having someone by your side who truly listens.

In my role as a patient advocate, I combine my 14 years of nursing experience with my lived experience as a survivor to offer both practical medical guidance and compassionate support. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, empowered, and never alone as you face appointments, treatment decisions, or the daily challenges of living with a chronic condition.
Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
My path to patient advocacy was shaped by both personal and professional experiences. Long before I founded Resiliency Revived Patient Advocacy, I was advocating for my own family. I successfully fought to secure 24-hour care for my grandmother after a serious fall, and I guided my father through the complexities of his medical journey. Those experiences taught me how difficult the healthcare system can be for families who are simply trying to protect and care for their loved ones.

For more than 14 years, I’ve served as a Licensed Practical Nurse in urgent care, home health, case management, and chronic care management. In addition to my professional training, I live with fibromyalgia and other chronic, invisible illnesses. I understand firsthand what it’s like to manage ongoing health challenges while navigating a system that often feels overwhelming and impersonal.

I founded Resiliency Revived to ensure that patients and families have the clear, compassionate support they need when facing complex healthcare decisions. My mission through Resiliency Revived is to walk alongside clients with compassion and purpose, helping them navigate healthcare with clarity and confidence. I believe resiliency can always be revived through support, education, and advocacy that truly makes a difference.
