How I Can Help
I provide professional, non-clinical patient advocacy and care navigation services to support patients and their loved ones through complex healthcare situations. I help individuals understand medical information, navigate insurance and Medicare issues, coordinate care, and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Services include medical record review and organization, appointment preparation and follow-up, care coordination across providers, insurance and billing guidance, discharge planning support, and advocacy during transitions of care. I also assist families with care planning, identifying resources, and making informed healthcare decisions.
My role is to reduce confusion, stress, and delays by serving as a knowledgeable healthcare guide—ensuring patients and families understand their options, feel supported, and are empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
My approach to patient advocacy is grounded in years of hands-on experience as a Registered Nurse working across diverse care settings, including hospice, behavioral health, and private duty nursing. Throughout my career, I have supported patients and families during some of the most vulnerable and complex moments of their lives—helping them navigate medical decisions, understand treatment options, and communicate effectively within the healthcare system.
I have extensive experience advocating for patients facing fragmented care, confusing diagnoses, insurance barriers, and delayed services. This includes coordinating between providers, clarifying medical information, addressing care gaps, and ensuring patient concerns are heard and addressed. I have also worked closely with families who needed guidance during transitions of care, end-of-life planning, and situations where loved ones could no longer advocate for themselves.
This professional background allows me to anticipate challenges, recognize red flags, and step in proactively to support patients and families with clarity, compassion, and confidence—ensuring they are not navigating the healthcare system alone.
