How I Can Help
I use my years of training and experience as both a Registered Nurse and a Physician Assistant to advocate for clients. My goal is to bring you and your loved ones peace of mind during stressful health situations and advocate for care that is aligned with your values.

Services I offer:
*Accompany clients to appointments, either in-person or virtually.
*Same-day ER/hospital visits when feasible.
*Prepare list of questions for care team prior to appointments.
*Provide education about diagnoses, procedures, and processes.
*Facilitate communication between primary and specialty teams as needed.
*Review medications for interactions and develop safe storage and administration systems.
*Review and organize medical records or bills.
*Research options for alternative healthcare providers or second opinions.
*Facilitate hospital or nursing facility discharge.
*Support communication between family members in regards to care planning.
*Review and update end of life care plans and documents; refer to appropriate professionals as needed.
