I know how to ask the right questions and when a claim needs to be rebilled by a provider. I can work to improve your out of pocket liability as well as help coordinate your care in the highest quality, most affordable manner possible.
Beyond my experience, I assisted my own mother before she passed away, with her claims, speaking with her doctors, setting up appointments with network providers, and ensuring she was not upcharged or taken advantage of. She was extremely hard of hearing and needed to ensure she understood what was happening with her care, the coordination and ultimately the insurance nuances.
When my stepson had brain cancer, I took the heavy load off my husband, (his father), and his mother by assuring them that they only needed to stay at his side for surgeries and treatments.
