Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
Being on the "front lines" of dentistry helping patients, I saw an immediate need for more transparent and compassionate care. I became the POA of my father, who is permanently disabled, and I have been empowered by this experience to help those who could be in similar situations. Most people are left with the information they are given by the person on the other end of the phone, and there could be a high chance that the person is not trained or lacks experience.
