How I Can Help
With over 16 years of experience in the dental and healthcare industry, I support patients and families who feel overwhelmed, confused, or unsure about their dental care, insurance, or treatment options. My role as a Board-Certified Patient Advocate is to ensure you are informed, heard, and empowered every step of the way.

I help patients by:

-Reviewing and explaining dental treatment plans in plain language
-Clarifying insurance benefits, coverage limitations, and billing issues
-Assisting with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) reviews and claim concerns
-Supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those with complex medical or dental needs
-Helping patients prepare for conversations with dental providers so they can ask the right questions with confidence
-Coordinating care and navigating next steps when treatment feels unclear or overwhelming

My approach is compassionate, education-focused, and patient-centered. I do not replace your healthcare provider or make clinical decisions — instead, I help you understand your options so you can make informed choices that align with your health needs, values, and financial circumstances.

I offer TeleAdvocacy services nationwide, making support accessible no matter where you live, and I provide a FREE initial consultation to ensure advocacy is the right fit for your situation.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
During my years working on the front lines of dentistry, I saw how often patients were left confused, rushed, or unsure about their care — not because providers didn’t care, but because the system itself is complex and difficult to navigate without support.

My advocacy journey became deeply personal when I became the legal caretaker for my father, who is permanently disabled. Navigating healthcare on his behalf showed me just how isolating and overwhelming the process can feel for patients and families, especially when they are expected to make important decisions without clear guidance.

Too often, patients rely on information from individuals who may not have the training, time, or scope to fully explain their options — leaving them frustrated and unsure of how to move forward. I founded the National Dental Advocacy Program (NDAP) to change that experience.

NDAP was created to serve as a trusted resource where patients can receive compassionate guidance, clear education, and expert advocacy — all focused on helping them feel supported, respected, and confident in their healthcare journey.
