How I Can Help
Every patient diagnosed with a serious illness needs an advocate on their side who works for "them", not the hospitals or medical providers. As an advocate, I can help you navigate and make evidence based decisions about your care. You have the right to be informed about all treatments available, not just the ones your doctor is familiar with.

I can help you get past the emotional distress of being diagnosed, and on the road to securing the best possible treatment plan that we can devise with your input and with your decisions about your own care in mind.
Important Information About Me

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
In 2009 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and participated in a clinical immunotherapy vaccine trial at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Brian Czerniecki is now at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Fl and I am still very active in promoting his research and raising funds for immunotherapies. And, my treatment consisted of taking my blood and making a vaccine, and returning my cells in 6 shots over 6 weeks. I had no side effects and have been cancer free for the past 10 years. My goal is to help other cancer patients be as fortunate as I was.
