How I Can Help
Hello, I am so happy you are here!
I have been an RN for 30 years. I took a break from the bedside to explore other careers that focused on preventative options for health, and now combine those experiences with my nursing background to address meeting the needs of the “whole” person.
My nursing background encompasses Medical/surgical inpatient care, outpatient holding and Recovery, Chronic Pain Management, Oncology, Ophthalmology, and In-patient Hospice Care.
My diverse nursing background will help me navigate several areas of need for your and your family's situation. Allow me to help plan for outcomes of treatments and surgical procedures, attend doctor’s visits, hospital admissions, and ER visits, organize medical and medication records, and help to include family and friends in your treatment and recovery.
My non-nursing experience will help with more Holistic intervention. With support from your Medical Team, let me help you utilize healthy food and special diets for healing. I recommend energetic healing modalities (e.g., Reiki, Massage, Acupressure) and supportive movements like Physical Therapy, Pilates, or Gentle and Restorative Yoga. I want to help you incorporate counseling and spiritual support to meet your needs for healing the mind and soul and maintaining good mental health.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
Navigating healthcare treatments, insurance, doctor appointments, medication changes, and returning to normalcy after a significant difference in your life can be traumatic. Being a patient facing difficult decisions about my health and well-being without an advocate has given me a passion to help others. I have experienced the stress, sorrow, and aggravation many encounter when making choices without an informed support system.
