How I Can Help
I offer Aging Navigation services virtually nationwide and in person in Maryland. I locate and evaluate senior housing options and accompany local tours, assist with advanced care planning, support long-term care insurance claims, manage in-home and home health care services as needed, and provide virtual and in-home safety evaluations. My Dementia Consulting services, available virtually nationwide and in person in Maryland, help individuals and families understand and prepare for disease progression. I provide resources and ideas for engaging activities to maintain connection and reduce challenging behaviors, offer caregiver support and respite opportunities, and research and compare memory care living options, including accompanying local tours.

For those in Maryland, my Local Care Management services act as knowledgeable eyes and ears when loved ones can’t be there. I am available for emergency hospital visits to accompany older adults and navigate their care, run errands, fill prescriptions, manage appointments, and attend care meetings within assisted living or long-term care settings. Think of me as your aging professional sibling or daughter – here when you can’t be.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
I am a strong patient advocate because I believe every older adult deserves care and a daily life that truly honors who they are. I began my career as a creative arts therapist, which taught me to think outside the box when supporting others. I carry that same creativity and holistic approach into my work as an aging care professional. I listen deeply to each person’s needs, preferences, and life story, and I am not afraid to challenge systems or propose innovative solutions to ensure their voice is heard and respected. For me, advocacy isn’t just about paperwork or appointments – it’s about making sure older adults feel seen, valued, and supported every step of the way.
