I have extensive experience working with insurance providers including Blue Cross Blue Shield and UnitedHealthcare, and I am familiar with both Medicare Advantage and traditional Medicare plans. I help families navigate everything from planned orthopedic procedures to emergency situations caused by falls or unexpected injuries. I also have significant experience supporting patients and families through cancer treatment plans, Alzheimer’s care, and neurology-related conditions.

One of the things I feel most passionate about is ensuring that older adults are truly heard and cared for. Too often, seniors can feel rushed through medical appointments or overlooked simply because of their age. I believe every patient deserves attentive care, clear communication, dignity, and advocacy throughout their healthcare journey.

I also understand firsthand that adult children are balancing careers, children, and busy lives of their own. That does not mean they care any less about helping their parents receive the best possible care. In many cases, families simply need someone they trust to step in, help coordinate care, ask important questions, attend appointments, and provide support during overwhelming situations. That is where I come in — helping families feel informed, supported, and confident that their loved one has someone advocating for their best interests every step of the way.
