How I Can Help
I work with people living with autoimmune conditions, and with the caregivers who support them, so no one has to face it alone.
Here's what that looks like:
Making sense of the medical maze. I help interpret test results, research conditions, and untangle confusing information so you understand what's actually happening in your body.
Being your voice with your care team. I help you communicate clearly with doctors and providers, so your symptoms are heard and taken seriously.
Standing up for your rights. I advocate for your autonomy and your well-being, especially in moments when you're too exhausted to advocate for yourself.
Keeping you organized. I help with scheduling, document tracking, and the small logistics that quietly pile up when you're managing a chronic illness.
Making sure you feel supported.
Above all, I want you to feel understood and safe — not like just another chart in someone's system.
I do this work for individuals living with autoimmune conditions and for the caregivers walking beside them, because I've been on both sides of that exhaustion. You don't have to figure it out alone.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
How it started: It was "normal" tests results, followed by providers gaslighting me that it was all in my head. 5 years later, once my finger tips were numb and my legs wouldn't stop tingling - I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Then within 2 years came the trifecta of: MCAS, POTS, and hEDS.
For 23 years, I worked as a hairstylist. I loved the job, and I learned that everyone has a story - most people are carrying more than they let on.
I was also a single mom working full time. For five years, I felt sick and exhausted, but no doctor could tell me why. I kept working because I had to, even as my body kept breaking down.
That's ten years ago now. I'm still managing all four conditions today, but I've turned what I learned into a way to help others. As a patient advocate, I help people get answers faster and feel less alone in a healthcare system that isn't built for complex illness.
Almost everyone knows someone who's chronically ill. It's more common than people think — just often hidden behind a smile. That's why I do this work: so no one has to go through it without support.
