I am a private patient advocate and non-clinical care coordinator serving patients and families throughout the U.S.
I help when healthcare becomes difficult to manage: insurance denials and appeals, confusing medical bills, referrals and records that have stalled, appointment preparation, hospital discharge planning, and coordination across multiple doctors and providers.
For patients and families managing an aging parent, chronic condition, or complex diagnosis, I organize the details, prepare the right questions, follow up on what is pending, and help ensure everyone has a clear understanding of what happens next. I can attend key appointments, coordinate with providers and case managers with appropriate permission, and provide notes and updates the family can use.
My work is non-clinical: I do not give medical advice, diagnose, or replace your doctors. I help make the care already in place easier to understand and manage.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
After nearly a decade working inside major health systems, I saw how often patients and families were left to hold together the parts of care that no one else owned.
A referral would stall between offices. A discharge plan would be technically complete but still leave a family unsure what to do at home. Someone managing a chronic condition would spend evenings making calls, finding records, and trying to understand which question to ask next.
I also saw that healthcare becomes much easier to navigate when someone has the time to understand the full situation, ask the next question, and follow through on the details.
I started BellWell Health to give patients and families that kind of support: an experienced, independent person who works directly for them, helps make the system more manageable, and gives them room to focus on life beyond healthcare.
