Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
What inspired me to help others was an initial diagnosis of type 1 diabetes when I was 12 years old. My chronic condition took me on a roller coaster and after spending 11 days in a coma and losing a leg due to medical malpractice, I decided to take a stronger approach and desire to help others outside my normal work. My faith plays a big part in my career and personal life. I truly love and respect everyone I meet and those I have yet to meet!
