How I Can Help
I help patients, caregivers, and busy professionals get off hold and get back to healing. Clients are often:
• Professionals juggling a busy home and work life
• Patients and families navigating a complex diagnosis or logistical maze
• Adult children of aging parents
• Independent elders looking for support
• Young adults learning to navigate the health system alone
As a generalist, I serve folks with many different conditions but have strong experience with ADHD, autoimmune diseases, cancer (especially colon cancer and pancreatic cancer), cardiac care and heart conditions, diabetes, HIV, and sickle cell disease.
We can provide the following services:
🔎 Find and Compare Care
• Find or compare doctors, hospitals, or other health providers
• Evaluate insurance plans
• Research or compare treatments or medications
• Locate resources, tools, and support services
📣 Attend Appointments
• Review medical history and prepare a visit strategy
• Attend an appointment as your advocate
• Raise safety concerns and potential delays
• Outline next steps
📋 Organize Care and Communications
• Gather your records in one place
• Secure appointments and services
• Prepare medical forms
• Communicate with your personal network and providers
💰 Fix Billing and Insurance Issues
• Submit claims and reimbursement forms
• Prevent and resolve insurance coverage and payment issues
• Identify billing errors and negotiate cost savings
We offer service packages, so you know exactly what support you’ll receive at what price. Packages mean less financial risk to you, less paperwork, and more time to support you.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
My passion for patient advocacy is professional but also deeply personal.
A CAREGIVER'S EMPATHY. Navigating my husband's stage 4 colon cancer diagnosis for 5 years gave me a masterclass in the human side of medicine.
FAMILY ROOTS. Growing up, I watched my mother juggle two jobs while providing daily care for my aunt. I learned early on how to support and protect a patient's dignity and autonomy.
26 YEARS OF INSIGHT. I know how challenging it is to navigate a health crisis from talking with thousands of patients, caregivers, and healthcare executives throughout my 26-year (!) career. I have evaluated, designed, and led health programs across hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, insurance firms, government agencies, and non-profits. I even served as principal investigator on a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation-funded study on building patient trust in hospitals.
