How I Can Help
I help individuals and families who feel overwhelmed trying to navigate healthcare needs—especially when a loved one needs help keeping appointments, medical information, bills, provider communication, and care needs organized. I also support older adults and families facing changing health, safety, or long-term care needs.
• I help review medical bills and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements so you can better understand charges, payments, denials, and questions that may need to be addressed.
• I help organize medical information, test results, provider information, medications, appointments, and important healthcare documents so information is easier to locate and manage.
• I help schedule and coordinate physician appointments, testing, and follow-up visits and keep track of what needs to happen next.
• I help you prepare for medical appointments by organizing your questions and concerns so important issues are not forgotten during the visit.
• I can accompany clients to medical appointments when appropriate, take notes, help ask prepared questions, and help make sure instructions and next steps are understood.
• I help clients and families communicate with healthcare providers when they need clarification about appointments, testing, medical information, or follow-up instructions.
• I help locate healthcare and community resources based on an individual's needs and provide information that can help families understand available options.
• I help families identify in-home safety needs and locate resources or services that may help a loved one remain safer at home.
• I help individuals and families understand and explore short- and long-term care options, including in-home assistance, nursing home care, and hospice, so that they can make informed decisions about next steps.
• I provide compassionate advocacy support to individuals and family caregivers who feel overwhelmed trying to coordinate healthcare needs on their own.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
The heart of my work lies in the moments that shaped me. I became a health advocate because I lived firsthand what so many families experience — the stress of navigating a complicated healthcare system, the fear of making the wrong decision, and the desperate need for someone to listen and help.
Through this journey and ongoing care of others, I saw how critical it is to have an advocate by your side — someone who understands the system, speaks up when needed, and ensures your wishes are respected. To be that voice, that partner, and that source of guidance for others has been my desire for a long time.
My purpose is to walk alongside individuals and families, offering not only practical support but also empathy, encouragement, and peace of mind. Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and cared for with dignity. That belief is at the foundation of everything I do.
At the end of the day, my role as an advocate is to give clients and their families the space to focus on what matters most—their health, their family, and their peace of mind.
