How I Can Help
A cancer diagnosis rarely arrives quietly. It comes with panic, unanswered questions, and a stack of reports that were never written for the person who needs them most. That gap, between the science and the patient, is exactly why I founded Mitotics® Biolabs.
I'm a PhD-trained clinical scientist and independent patient advocate specializing in precision oncology, advanced biomarker interpretation, and clinical trial navigation. Whether you're holding an NGS report you can't parse, a liquid biopsy result no one has explained, or a clinical summary full of terminology that feels like a wall - I'm here to sit with you in that material and make it make sense.
My work lives at the intersection of molecular science and patient-centered care. I translate your data into actionable intelligence, so that you and your family can make informed, confident decisions - not from a place of fear, but from a place of understanding.
You are not alone in this. And you shouldn't have to be.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
My path into patient advocacy began where science meets lived experience. Early in my career within pharmaceutical companies, I developed a deep respect for the rigor behind modern medicine - the clinical frameworks, the evidence standards, the structured logic of drug development. But I also began to see what those frameworks couldn't reach: the patient sitting across from a physician, holding a report they didn't understand, making decisions they weren't equipped to make alone.
That awareness became personal when I started working closely with individuals and families facing cancer. Then it became something I couldn't look away from - watching my own mother fight a rare and aggressive cancer, and later my mother-in-law navigate a similarly brutal diagnosis through a healthcare system that offered her too little guidance and too many obstacles. Anxiety. Fragmented care. Lab reports that raised more questions than they answered. The particular helplessness that settles in when the people you love are suffering and no one is translating what any of it means. I knew there had to be a better way to bridge clinical data and real-life understanding. That conviction became Mitotics® Biolabs.
Becoming a patient advocate allowed me to do exactly what those experiences demanded of me. I bring my scientific training to bear not in a laboratory, but at the bedside - helping patients and their families interpret results, understand options, and make decisions with confidence rather than fear. Because a diagnosis doesn't happen to one person. It happens to everyone who loves them.
My goal has never been simply to inform. It's to empower - so that every person I work with feels supported, educated, and in genuine control of their journey. This work transforms complexity into clarity, and fear into informed action. Every patient deserves someone in their corner. I built my practice to be that.
