Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
A patient a few years back was facing a diagnostic dilemma, whether to treat a new diagnosis of cancer or to be allowed to work towards comfort and autonomous healthcare decision making. After providing healthcare consultation, the patient opted to continue fighting for their life. Years later, I still hear and see how this decision had impacted their survival to live. They fought and beat cancer and continues to move forward with better guidance through the intricacies of healthcare services today. This passion to help someone in their time of need and uncertainty has forged a desire to assist others that may have difficult choices to make or are unsure of how healthcare services work. This is the reason that I have dedicated myself to becoming a Board Certified Patient Advocate. I want to help you navigate your healthcare needs.
