How I Can Help
Healthcare is complicated, but you don't have to navigate it alone.

Whether you're facing a new diagnosis, caring for an aging parent, recovering from an injury, welcoming a medically fragile newborn, or planning for the future, Lively Health Group offers the guidance, coordination, and advocacy you need to move forward with confidence.

Lively Health Group is an independent, nurse-led healthcare advocacy and care coordination practice founded on a simple belief: every person deserves a knowledgeable professional in their corner.

As a Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager with more than 35 years of experience, I help individuals and families understand their healthcare options, coordinate medical care, navigate insurance barriers, and make informed decisions aligned with their personal goals and values.

My experience spans neonatal intensive care, pediatrics, home health, school nursing, managed care, complex case management, utilization management, and healthcare navigation. This diverse background enables me to support clients at every stage of life, from newborns to older adults, through some of life's most challenging medical situations.

I collaborate with physicians, hospitals, therapists, attorneys, employers, insurers, and community organizations to ensure that care is coordinated, communication is clear, and every client has an experienced advocate by their side.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
Healthcare advocacy is more than my profession; it is my purpose.

For more than three decades, I have cared for patients in hospitals, homes, schools, managed care organizations, and communities. Along the way, I have witnessed how often individuals and families struggle to understand diagnoses, coordinate care, navigate insurance, or simply know where to turn for help.

As a mother of five, I also understand healthcare from the family's perspective.

In 2022, my family suffered the heartbreaking loss of my 22-year-old son to fentanyl poisoning. His compassion, generosity, and belief in helping others continue to inspire everything I do. He had an extraordinary gift for making people feel seen and valued, and his legacy lives on through Lively Health Group. His life reminded me that meaningful support often begins with one person who chooses to listen, care deeply, and never give up hope.
That is the advocate I strive to be for each client.

I founded Lively Health Group to ensure that individuals and families have a trusted healthcare professional who will educate, advocate, coordinate, and walk with them through life's most difficult health challenges. Helping people navigate healthcare with confidence, dignity, and peace of mind isn't just my career; it's my calling.
