How I Can Help
Professional Healthcare Advocacy & Care Management
In the complex world of modern medicine, families often find themselves overwhelmed by the volume of coordination required for a loved one’s health. I provide the clinical leadership and professional advocacy necessary to restore order and ensure safety, whether you are aging in place or navigating care from a distance.

Expert Clinical Oversight
With 15 years of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) and a specialized NACCM safety certification, I bring a veteran clinical perspective to every case. My approach focuses on strength and healing, ensuring that medical plans are not just followed, but optimized for the best possible patient outcomes. I don’t just "help"—I manage. I ensure that no detail is overlooked and no symptom is ignored.

Core Advocacy & Management Services:
Clinical Navigation: Specialist-level management of diabetes, post-surgical recovery, and complex chronic illnesses. I act as the clinical bridge between the medical team and the family to ensure effective communication.

System Navigation & Coordination: I facilitate direct communication with physicians to secure essential orders for Home Health, Wound Care, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), and Hospice services. I also manage the logistics of scheduling appointments, labs, and procedures.

Medication Safety & Access: I provide rigorous oversight of medication changes and adherence to prevent avoidable hospitalizations. Additionally, I navigate insurance complexities to file appeals and secure manufacturer copay cards so that treatment is never interrupted by cost.

In-Person Representation: For local clients, I provide bedside and clinic-side advocacy, ensuring your voice is heard and your provider's instructions are perfectly clear.

Caregiver Accountability: I conduct regular follow-ups to ensure all caregivers are providing care as ordered. I also work directly with patients who may be refusing care, utilizing a compassionate approach to reach better clinical outcomes.

Advanced Care Planning: I educate families on essential end-of-life needs, including Advance Directives, Living Wills, Medical/Financial Power of Attorney, and Out-of-Hospital DNR requirements.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
My Commitment to Clinical Excellence & Advocacy
Throughout my 15 years as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), I have developed a profound dedication to the senior population—a group that is too often underserved and overlooked by a complex healthcare system. I have seen firsthand how easily critical details like lab results, medication changes, and rehabilitative care can be brushed aside in busy hospital or facility settings.

My mission is to ensure that no patient is "dismissed" and no family is left in a state of confusion. I believe that strength and healing are achieved when a family is properly educated and empowered. By translating complex medical jargon into clear, actionable information, I alleviate the burden of worry, allowing families to return to their roles as loved ones rather than stressed coordinators.

A Personalized, Results-Driven Approach
While no healthcare journey is without its challenges, I pride myself on a proactive, personalized approach. Utilizing my NACCM safety certification, I provide the clinical oversight necessary to catch what others miss.

If a situation requires expertise outside my immediate scope, I leverage an extensive network of professional resources to ensure my clients always have a path forward. I am committed to providing the compassionate, high-standard advocacy your family deserves to navigate these transitions with dignity and safety.
