How I Can Help
I assist patients and families by coordinating medical care across providers, managing appointments, clarifying treatment plans, and supporting safe transitions between care settings. I also help resolve insurance billing issues such as denied claims, incorrect charges, and coverage disputes. Additionally, I assist with, reviewing medical records, identifying possible medical errors, and connecting clients with legal support when appropriate. My goal is to simplify the healthcare process, reduce stress, and ensure clients receive appropriate, timely care.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse, including 15 years in a physical rehabilitation hospital, and a background in medical legal consulting, case management, and insurance-based healthcare, I’ve seen the system from every angle. But it wasn’t until 2021, when my mother was hospitalized with severe heart disease that required open-heart surgery and, in that same hospital stay, was also diagnosed with multiple strokes and Parkinson’s disease, that I truly understood how overwhelming and fragmented the process can be for patients and their families. Thanks to my background, I was able to step in, coordinate her care, and advocate for her when she couldn’t do it herself. That experience deepened my commitment to advocacy and ultimately led me to become a Board Certified Patient Advocate. Today, I use my clinical expertise, insider knowledge of the healthcare and insurance systems, and deep compassion to guide others through complex medical situations with clarity, confidence, and support.
