Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
I founded Anodyne Health & Wellness with a vision to make healthcare feel more human, more approachable, more personal, and more empowering. My goal is to help people feel better, understand their bodies more deeply, and take charge of their health with confidence. My drive to become an advocate stems from my personal experiences with health and wellness after having my first child and navigating postpartum complications, watching my patients and family members struggle with navigating healthcare, combined with my passion to be the advocate, educator, and steady hand people often wish they had in their corner.

As a multi-state licensed registered nurse with over 16 years of healthcare experience and a Nurse Practitioner student, I have a diverse background in caring for patients and families in multiple settings, specialties, and hospital systems across the country. One common theme I have consistently observed from coast to coast is the gaps in care, the confusion, the overwhelm, and the lack of guidance that many people face when navigating their health.
