How I Can Help
I help individuals and families navigate complex healthcare decisions with greater clarity, confidence, and support. I provide patient advocacy and healthcare decision support for people managing chronic conditions, neurodevelopmental differences, behavioral health needs, and complex medical situations.

Whether you are facing a new diagnosis, trying to understand treatment options, looking for the right healthcare providers or services, managing care across multiple specialists, or questioning whether your current healthcare approach is still meeting your needs, I help you organize information, clarify options, prepare for conversations, and identify practical next steps.

I work with:

Adults navigating chronic and complex health conditions, including hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, autoimmune conditions, and other ongoing healthcare challenges.

Individuals and families navigating neurodevelopmental conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and AuDHD, including finding providers, understanding service options, and connecting with appropriate resources.

Individuals and families navigating behavioral health care, including finding mental health providers, understanding therapy and psychiatric care options, and identifying appropriate resources after a diagnosis.

Individuals and caregivers managing rare or complex neurological conditions, including situations where changing symptoms, care needs, or services require additional coordination and support.

Family caregivers advocating for a loved one and navigating healthcare decisions, resources, and communication with care teams.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
My path to patient advocacy wasn't planned—it was lived. While navigating my children's complex health conditions and later my own autoimmune diagnosis, I experienced firsthand how overwhelming it can be to make important healthcare decisions. Like so many patients, I found myself researching on my own, preparing for appointments, and trying to make sense of recommendations that didn't always fit real life.

Those experiences showed me how often people leave medical appointments with more questions than answers. I became a Board-Certified Patient Advocate because I believe no one should have to navigate complex healthcare decisions alone. Through Partner In Care, I help patients and families find clarity, reduce overwhelm, and make confident healthcare decisions with personalized support and guidance.
