Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
I am a Doctor of Medical Science and a Board Certified Patient Advocate. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years. Apart from my experiences in professional practice, I have encountered frustration and discrepancies while personally navigating the healthcare system. I have been the provider, the patient, the daughter, the sister, and the parent facing the overwhelming healthcare system; and left feeling alone and confused. My passion is to help patients navigate the chaotic healthcare system. No one should have to do it alone. I am available to assist with a variety of needs. My clients are my top priority. My compassion, experience, and determination set me apart from the rest.
