Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
I became a nurse in the Trauma ICU one of the most demanding environments in healthcare. I took care of critically ill patients, served as charge nurse, and responded to codes.
But I kept watching what happened when people left the hospital. Patients would go home with discharge papers and prescriptions and no one making sure they understood what came next. Families suddenly had to manage appointments, medications, and multiple providers completely on their own.
After nearly 10 years in clinical nursing I founded Premier Care Coordination because I knew exactly what that gap looked like and I knew I could fill it.
I show up as the person who stays. The one who calls to make sure discharge instructions were understood. The one who notices the medication concern before it becomes a crisis. The one who makes sure your providers are actually communicating.
If you are looking for someone who has been in the room when things get critical — and is committed to making sure you never face the healthcare system alone — I am here
