Your Single Point of Contact for 24/7 Health, Home & Life Transitions
Healthcare challenges, home management, and life transitions rarely happen at convenient times — and neither does true advocacy.

Quantum Patient Advocate Group provides 24/7 non-medical patient advocacy, care coordination, home and property oversight, and life-transition support for seniors, individuals living alone, and families navigating complex healthcare situations.

With over 15 years as a Florida State Policy Liaison Volunteer for the National Patient Advocate Foundation and experience as a Certified Patient Advocate, Life Coach, and Professional Facilitator, Dr. Clarissa Clark helps families navigate complex healthcare, home, and lifestyle transitions with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind.

Facing a new diagnosis, hospital stay, medication confusion, or caregiver strain?

Your free initial consultation provides actionable guidance before the call ends.

Whether it’s understanding a treatment plan, organizing appointments, or ensuring your loved one’s well-being during recovery, support is available whenever you need it.

Services Offered:

Understanding Your Diagnosis
Clear, plain-language explanations of medical information and treatment plans so families and patients can make informed decisions with confidence.

Medication & Appointment Coordination
Organize medications, prepare for doctor visits, schedule follow-ups, and track care instructions to reduce errors and stress.

Are You Feeling Lonely?

Care Communication & Continuity

Wellness & Lifestyle Support
Routine check-ins, daily stability guidance, and quality-of-life support designed to promote health, independence, and comfort.

Home Watch & Residence Oversight
Property wellness checks, mail monitoring, vendor coordination, and storm preparation — keeping homes safe and maintained while families focus on care.

Dual-Residence & Seasonal Support
Seamless transitions for “snowbirds” or multi-residence households, including coordination of medical records, appointment continuity, and property oversight between locations.

Transition Support & Home Staging
Downsizing, decluttering, home preparation for sale or assisted living, and staging guidance to support smooth life transitions.

Reducing Caregiver Strain
Handle advocacy, care coordination, and logistics so family members can focus on connection, decision-making, and their own well-being.

Emergency Consultation & Personalized Wellness Plans
On-demand guidance for unexpected crises, plus tailored wellness plans covering nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle strategies to maintain stability.

Ongoing 24/7 Advocacy
Advocacy is not a one-time service — it evolves with your needs. To maintain personalized 24/7 attention, intake is intentionally limited to a select number of families at a time.

Requests submitted through Greater National Advocates are reviewed promptly, and Dr. Clark responds directly to provide tailored solutions and peace of mind.

With over a decade of experience, I’ve championed patient advocacy at every level — from individual patients and families to hospitals, senior living communities, and healthcare organizations. My approach transforms healthcare experiences by:

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
Dr. Clarissa Clark felt that senior citizens like her grandparents were left to figure out the difficulties in managing their health care on their own and with limited resources and advisors they were left behind in many areas.

So she wanted to make a difference in other senior citizens lives to help improve their healthcare experience and make an impact on their lives everyday.

So she did her research and found a wonderful organization by the name of National Patient Advocate Foundation that was all about helping people with affordable high-quality accessible healthcare.

Dr. Clark has over 15 years experience as a Current Florida State Policy Liaison Volunteer for NPAF an organization dedicated to advancing patient centered care for anyone who is going through an illness.

Dr. Clarissa Clark believes that the healthcare system should work for all of us, especially those who are in need but feel they don’t have a voice.
