I was born into this world addicted to heroin and brought home from the hospital by my adopted mom at 6 weeks old. I have never known the world without pain or trauma and have spent my life studying and researching the complex interconnections between the physical, mental and spiritual body we all have.
Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
I've been the patient, the nurse, the parent, and the survivor. Like many I serve, I've fought through gaslighting, dismissal, and a system that ignores complexity. After nearly dying in 2024 from medical crises, I vowed to use what I learned to ensure no one else fights alone.

After 18 years as a bedside nurse and almost three decades in healthcare, I realized it was time for a new path. I founded 14th Street Advocacy to redefine healthcare, championing a system where advocacy, authenticity, and strategic support empower individuals. I now use my clinical skills, investigative mindset, and deep empathy to guide those ready for answers but exhausted by the system. You deserve a plan that meets your needs, and someone to walk beside you. I built 14th Street Advocacy Group to offer the support I couldn't find: someone who sees the big picture, listens deeply, and navigates both care and crisis. You don't have to face this journey alone; we are here to support you.
