How I Can Help
Safe At Homes was built to do just that, keep you safe and comfortable in your own space. We work holistically to help manage the practical elements of daily life. Think of getting around, staying engaged with friends and family even just having a listening ear. Just being active helps the both physical and mental health of the one cared for and the caregiver. We advocate for both as it is a group effort to care for those we love.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
My journey began when I broke my ancle, the startup company I worked for closed and I was suddenly laid up and unemployed. With time to think, my in-laws then 90 and 95 years old, their daily challenges became painfully obvious. Yesterday I was completely mobile and swinging from a vine, today I am dependent and in pain.
So I started thinking what can I do? How can I help? Who can I help? The answer is start with the most vulnerable. While my in-laws live on another continent (South America) there are more older adults in America then ever in our history.
While I can't be of much help to my in-laws I began Safe At Homes to bring my awareness and advocacy to those closer to home. So rely on me to help however I can. It is my passion to help others and now a calling.
