Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
I am a licensed physical therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience across varied settings. For the past five years, I have also served as an insurance reviewer and an inpatient care coordinator. This blend of clinical and administrative insight allows me to guide clients and families through complex medical decisions with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

My passion for patient advocacy grew from witnessing how confusing the healthcare system can be for patients and families. As a physical therapist, I guided people through recovery from surgeries, strokes, and injuries across hospitals, rehab centers, and home care—helping them understand diagnoses, treatment options, and safe transitions home. Later, as an insurance reviewer and inpatient care coordinator, I saw how paperwork and delays often hindered access to needed care, prompting me to improve communication and streamline approvals. Supporting friends and family through their own health challenges confirmed what I believe deeply: every patient deserves clarity, a voice, and compassionate guidance at every step.
