How I Can Help
I help individuals and families navigate healthcare with greater clarity and confidence. Services include preparing for medical appointments, reviewing and organizing medical records, coordinating care among providers, helping clients understand healthcare information, identifying appropriate resources, and supporting communication between patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.

I have more than 15 years of clinical experience as a medical speech-language pathologist across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient rehabilitation, and home health. My clinical background includes extensive experience supporting adults with neurological conditions, swallowing disorders, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, ALS, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and other complex medical diagnoses. Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
After more than 15 years working in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient rehabilitation, and home health, I saw how difficult it can be for patients and families to navigate the healthcare system. People often leave appointments with unanswered questions, struggle to coordinate care, or feel unsure about what to do next.

I became a patient advocate to help bridge those gaps. My goal is to help people feel informed, supported, and better prepared to navigate their care and make healthcare decisions that are right for them.
