How I Can Help
I help patients and their loved ones navigate complex medical decisions by providing expert guidance on chronic disease management, second opinions, medication reviews, and transitions of care. I assist with preparing for doctor visits, understanding diagnoses and treatment plans, and identifying appropriate specialists. I also support families in evaluating care options for aging parents and ensuring that medical decisions align with the patient’s values and goals. My advocacy services are offered virtually and are available to individuals and families nationwide.

Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
As a physician, I’ve spent years at the bedside witnessing families overwhelmed by medical decisions, confused by complex terminology, and often unsure of what questions to ask. Time and again, I saw how much difference it made when someone could step in to explain, organize, and advocate. That someone was often me. Over time, I realized that beyond clinical care, what many people needed most was clarity, guidance, and a trusted voice who could bridge the gap between the healthcare system and the patient experience. Founding SageMD allowed me to formalize this work. I became a patient advocate to help others access care with confidence, ask better questions, avoid preventable harm, and feel supported through every step of their health journey.
