Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
I am currently a patient advocate, specializing in resolving medical billing errors because it was during my elderly mother’s illness that I truly recognized the critical need for patient advocacy. Navigating her care opened my eyes to how overwhelming and confusing the healthcare system can be for families.
This experience ignited a passion in me to support patients and families during some of their most vulnerable moments. I am deeply committed to advocating for clarity, fairness, and accountability within the healthcare system.
