Why I Became A Professional Health Care Advocate
As both a nurse and the person my family always turned to for medical guidance, I saw firsthand how confusing and overwhelming healthcare can feel during difficult times. Throughout my 15+ years as an Emergency Department RN, I became passionate about helping patients and families understand their care, ask the right questions, and feel heard. Those experiences inspired me to become a Patient Advocate so I could provide compassionate guidance, clear communication, and trusted support when it matters most.
